DHS PACTS II
Szanca Solutions, Inc. a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) was recently awarded a prime contract for DHS PACTS II. The PACTS II contract vehicle encompasses Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services contract. This Indefinite Delivery/Quantity contract is available for use by all offices of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in need of Functional Category 2 (FC2) . This category provides day-to-day office administrative services, such as financial planning; billing and recordkeeping; personnel and physical distribution and logistics. The PACTS II contract encompasses a total of five option years. Szanca has successfully supported the previous PACTS program providing outstanding Program and Project Management as well as Administrative Services throughout the contract period. Szanca and our skilled team are prepared to continue providing world-class support to the DHS community with Contract Level Program Managers, Task Order Project Managers, Analysts, Technical Specialists, Court Reporters and Administrative Clerks.

(BVTI) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and current DHS Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) prime contractor for Functional Categories 1 and 4 (program management and technical). County Court Reporters, Inc. is a full-service court reporting firm with over 40 years of experience and has operated continuously and without interruption since incorporated. This is a firm of U.S. Military Veterans, Spouses and/or Care givers who are Professional Court Reporters, which include Court, AudioLive Real-time, Conference Reporters, Certified Legal Videographers and Administrative Support Staff. They are skilled in providing verbatim reporting, specializing in large case litigation, medical, environmental depositions, trials and environmental technical conferences and major government contracts. Their staff reporters are available for reporting assignments immediately, upon the client’s request and in particular, for multiple day assignments, providing the consistency necessary for the most efficient service and transcript accuracy. The offices and IP-based video conference centers are located throughout the country in most major cities and in those instances where videoconferencing is not available, the reporter may provide equipment for video conferencing where fast connections are available. Further, video by web conferencing is also an option for our clients. This is especially beneficial for handling of assignments called at the last minute without travel expenses to the client and connection fees, unless a bridge is required.
