DIA SIA II (Prime: Mission Essential Personnel)
This multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the Solutions for Intelligence Analysis (SIA) II program. The maximum dollar value for all task orders that can be awarded to prime contractors, including MEP, under this five-year contract is $5.6 billion. Work may be performed at Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) locations nationally and overseas, and will be issued by DIA out of the Washington Metro area.
Under the contract, the MEP Team will support the DIA mission with services in areas including foreign cultures, regional dynamics, illicit drugs, infectious disease and health, and emerging and disruptive technologies to provide effective analysis for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
VETS GWAC Prime Contract

The General Services Administration (GSA) awarded ASI prime contracts in both functional areas of the Veterans Technology Services Government-wide Acquisition Contract (VETS GWAC) for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This five-year contract will be the major vehicle for implementing Public Law 108-183 that establishes a goal of three percent of the value of all federal procurements for SDVOSBs and the President’s Executive Order 13360, Contracting with Service-Disabled Veterans Businesses.
The objective of the VETS GWAC is to provide civilian agencies and the Department of Defense (DoD) the ability to obtain a broad range of comprehensive IT support services in a timely and cost-effective manner under a multiple award contract. VETS GWAC is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA/IDIQ) contract providing a wide range of information technology support services, while providing the greatest amount of flexibility possible to efficiently and effectively support agency daily operations, protection of infrastructure, the fight against terrorism, and the development and marketing of emerging technologies. The VETS GWAC is designed to achieve innovative solutions and best value products and services to support Federal Agencies worldwide.
ARMY INSCOM DLITE (Prime: Szanca Solutions, Inc.)
DLITE, the Department of Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise (DLITE) is a 5 year, $1.97 billion Hybrid IDIQ contract. This multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will provide foreign language support services and capabilities needed to meet ongoing, new, and/or changing mission requirements.
Contract is to provide high-quality, training, linguist, and analyst services in support of the DLITE Train and Sustain Operations Mission Area. The Department of Defense (DoD) and its Combatant Commands are supporting numerous contingency missions and operations to support the U.S. National Security Strategy (NSS) objectives. These missions and operations varies around the globe, such as: the Global War on Terror (GWOT), Operation Iraqi Free (OIF), Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), and work side by side with forces organized under the United Nations (UN), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and other joint, combined, and coalition task forces. In addition to contingency requirements, there are routine missions and operations requirements needed to support U.S. military with linguist capability to communicate, decipher, translate, and interpret with other foreign military units as well as interact with the host nation government.
U.S. Air Force NETCENTS-2 (Prime: Raytheon)
The U.S. Air Force’s Network Centric Solutions 2 (NETCENTS-2) contract consists of a collection of acquisitions that will replace the current NETCENTS contract vehicle with seven separate indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The total value of NETCENTS-2 is $24+ billion over a seven-year period. NETCENTS-2 is managed by the AFPEO Business Enterprise Services (BES) at Gunter Annex, Maxwell AFB.
In accordance with AFI 33-112 the NETCENTS-2 Products Contract is mandatory for the purchase or lease of net centric products for U.S. Air Force customers. The contract will provide the following categories of net centric products and associated support worldwide: networking equipment, servers/storage/peripherals/multimedia, software, identity management/biometric hardware and software, and desktop COTS software not included on other enterprise licenses.
This contract supports the Global Information Grid (GIG) architecture, Defense Information Infrastructure (DII), Intelligence Community Information Sharing environments, Air Force, and Defense Communications Systems info-structure for computer networks and telecommunications mission areas.
The products acquired on this contract may be deployed for use in the full range of security domains, e.g., Unclassified through Top Secret classifications, Special Category (SPECAT) and compartments, such as Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
DHS PACTS (Prime: Szanca Solutions, Inc.)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. was selected by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a prime contractor under the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) program. DHS PACTS is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity task order based Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside contract vehicle with a total ceiling value of $1.5 billion. PACTS is available for use by DHS and all its components. Szanca Solutions was awarded a contract in Functional Category 3 – Clerical, and will compete with the other PACTS contractors for a variety of office, record keeping, filing and general support service requirements.

Army PETTT (Prime: HPTi)
The Productivity Enhancement, Technology Transfer, and Training (PETTT) is an initiative within the Department of Defense High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). It is designed to provide support across the spectrum of software development; transfer leading edge HPC-relevant computational and computing technology into DoD from other Government, industrial, and academic communities; provide training for DoD scientists and engineers using HPC systems through education, knowledge access, and tools to maximize productivity.
The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) contracts provides integrated solutions for a myriad of contracts and disciplines. As multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, OASIS SB spans a multitude of customers, contract types, disciplines, and mission goals. OASIS core disciplines include Program Management, Management Consulting, Scientific, Engineering, Logistics, and Financial services. The range of solutions for this contract include all components necessary to provide comprehensive lifecycle program support. Each discipline spans program phases such as Requirements Analysis, Concept Development, Planning, Acquisition, Research and Development, Test and Evaluation, Implementation, and Operations and Maintenance.
Army/CECOM Battle Command Development (BCD) (Raytheon)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of Raytheon, an Army/CECOM Battle Command Prime.
This Battle Command family of products development acquisition effort will provide a contractual vehicle for providing development support across the maneuver, fire support, sustainment, strategic and operational C2 domains as well as the Battle Command common service-oriented software infrastructure and applications. Under this contract, the contractor will provide development and support pursuant to Task Orders. The contract period of performance extends through March, 2014.
The BCD contract can be used for efforts outside of BCD so long as it is related to the PM Battle Command mission and within the scope of the contract
What is the Scope:
- Software development of Battle Command products (consisting of systems, applications and service-oriented software) under a service-oriented architecture and network centric environment under the Army’s approved migration plan
- Development to support functional and System of Systems requirements for BC products (interoperability, specific performance improvements, SoS requirements, specific user prioritized system needs);
- Maintenance of legacy product baselines in the transition period to a full service-oriented network centric architecture.
- Integration activities at the system level based on integration of system specific and SoS service-oriented software.
- System and operational level testing
- Product level logistics support
All current and future Battle Command products and service-oriented software are included in the scope of this effort. Currently they include: The Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Global Command & Control System Army (GCCS-A), the emerging contributions to the Network Enabled Command Capability (NECC), the Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3), Common Software (CS) service-oriented software, Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), Gun Display Unit Replacement (GDU-R), Pocked Sized Forward Entry Device (PFED), Lightweight Forward Entry Device (LFED), Centaur product, Maneuver Control System (MCS) , Battle Command Common Services (BCCS), and generic service-oriented software in the Battle Command enterprise.
Army/CECOM R23G (Raytheon)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of Raytheon, an Army/CECOM R23G Prime.
R2-3G is the U.S. Army Program Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command’s follow on contract to the current Rapid Response (R2) contract. This is a multiple award IDIQ vehicle to provide critical equipment and engineering services to government system, platform and item managers worldwide. Any federal agency will be able to use the R2-3G contract and it will have a ceiling of $16.4B.
Team Raytheon’s R2-3G Proposal was submitted in Aug 08 and after an extensive proposal delay, we were awarded a Prime position on 29 July 2010 with the first task Order RFP appearing in Sep 2010. The solicitation requirements are to “provide support in the areas of technology insertion, system integration/installation, fabrication/prototyping, testing/certification, studies/analyses, logistic support services, training and engineering support services, including re-engineering and reverse engineering, for a range of equipments and services.”
DOJ ITSS IV (BAH)
Szanca Solutions, Inc. is a team member of Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), an DOJ ITSS IV Prime.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support the Department of Justice. This requirement provides support for large-scale systems integration acquisitions, and the integration, modification, and maintenance of current systems which will have significant impacts on future program needs in DOJ components. Since 1988 the DOJ has sought the services of the private sector to provide highly qualified and skilled individuals in all areas of Information Technology.
Army/AMCOM Express (Digiflight)

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) contract is a multiple award BPA program leveraging GSA schedules to provide comprehensive advisory and assistance services to the AMCOM Life Cycle Management Command, U.S. Army Program Executive Offices (PEOs), U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) and other customers.
The contract provides the full gamut of Advisory and Assistance Services for Team Redstone. GSA Schedule-based pricing is under four domains (Technical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Business and Analytical). Overall contract ceiling has been placed at $2B over contract period.
