Description:
o The Journeyman Operator shall perform 24/7/365 operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest using the most appropriate sensor and geolocation technique available. The JO’s mentor less experienced Operators in order to enhance and reinforce the Training Program and Operational TTPs.
Qualifications: 
Qualifications:
o Must have target-based experience
o Successfully completed the Junior Basic Operator Course
o Must be dual certified in the following:
o Passive Geolocation Course
o Active certifications in one of the following: GSM, CDMA, UMTS, 802.11, EV-DO or LTE
o Successfully completing a 60-day certification training program upon start
Desired Skills: 
Desired Experience:
o Certification in geolocation techniques as supplied via customer training programs
o Prior military and/or government experience
o Successfully completed any relevant collection certification
o Successful completion of NCS Cryptologic Skills course or military equivalent courses
o Formal training and/or demonstrated DLPT scores (within the past 2 years) of 2/2 in one or more of the following: Arabic-Levantine (AP), Arabic-Yemeni (AU), Arabic-Iraqi (DG), Pashto (PU), Russian (RU), Korean (KO), Chinese-Mandarin (CM), Persian-Farsi (PF), Chechen (CE) and Somali (SM)
